2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep contact information current. Corporate participants warrant they are authorized to bind their employer to payment obligations where applicable.

3. Program descriptions

Session outlines describe planned content; facilitators may adjust examples to reflect cohort needs. Adjustments do not entitle you to a refund unless they materially reduce total live hours below what was purchased.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, datasets, and facilitator notes remain our property unless a separate license states otherwise. You may retain your own query files and derivative notes created during labs.

5. Acceptable use

Participants must not harass staff or peers, attempt to access other cohorts’ environments, or use shared datasets for unlawful profiling. Violations may result in removal without refund per the refund policy.

6. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose other participants’ employer details or stories shared in closed sessions. We apply the same duty of care to information you share, subject to lawful requests from regulators.

7. Recording and media

Some sessions may be recorded for internal quality review. When recordings are shared with participants, we will announce it live and in writing beforehand. You may opt out of identifiable video by using audio-only modes where available.

8. Third-party tools

Labs may reference vendor consoles (for example warehouse or BI tools). You are responsible for complying with those vendors’ terms and for any usage fees they charge independently.

9. Liability

Learning materials are educational. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from how you apply concepts at work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before commencing any court action, unless urgent injunctive relief is required.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date; continued use of paid services after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
