Refunds & pauses

These rules apply to standard bookings made directly with trisheot.digital. Enterprise statements of work may supersede sections where signed separately.

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund if you are the paying party on the invoice and you submit the request within the windows below. Third-party resellers must honor their own policies first.

2. Full refund window (14 days)

For cohorts starting more than three weeks away, you may cancel within fourteen days of payment for a full refund minus any non-recoverable vendor fees we disclose up front (for example room deposits we cannot reverse).

3. Partial refunds and credits

If you cancel between fourteen and seven days before the cohort start, you may choose a 50% refund or a full credit toward another start date within six months. Credits are not transferable to other companies unless finance approves in writing.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom datasets built from your proprietary exports, shipping of printed materials, and international facilitator travel already ticketed are non-refundable once work has started, even if the cohort is later paused.

5. Process steps

Email [email protected] with invoice number, participant names, and reason (brief). We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a written decision within five business days for standard cases.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days where banking rails allow. If the card expired, we will coordinate a bank transfer instead.

7. Pauses and substitutions

If a participant cannot attend a module, they may apply for a single seat pause to the next equivalent module run, subject to capacity. Substitutions of another colleague are free if notified seven days before the module.

8. Cancellations by trisheot.digital

If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or facilitator illness, you may choose a full refund or priority seat in the next run. We are not liable for incidental travel costs; we recommend refundable fares.

9. Singapore consumer context

Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where it applies to your transaction. If a court finds a clause unfair, the remainder stays in force.
